Ingredients: Each capsule contains: He Shou Wu 4:1 Extract 200 mg (Radix polygonum multiflorum) (root) equivalent to 800 mg of dried root powder Biotin (vitamin B7) 50 mcg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Non-GMO brown rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate. Capsule shell: bovine gelatin (kosher/halal). Does not contain: GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, yeast, nuts, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.

Directions: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times per day.
