Ingredients: Each vegetarian capsule contains: Curcumin C3 Reduct® 100 mg tetrahydrocurcuminoids from Curcuma longa patented extract BioPerine® extract (Piper nigrum) 5 mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate. Capsule shell: hypromellose (plant gelatin). Does not contain: GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, yeast, nuts, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.

Directions: Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
