Directions: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or other natural health products.

Cautions: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an allergy to seafood. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking sulfonamides, if you are taking any prescription medication or blood thinners, if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting.
