Ingredients: Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Garcinia cambogia Extract 500 mg providing 60% hydroxycitric acid from 10:1 extract equivalent to 5,000 mg dry fruit rind powder Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule shell: bovine gelatin (kosher/halal). Does not contain: GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, yeast, nuts, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.

Directions: Adults take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times per day. Capsules should be taken on an empty stomach, 30 minutes to an hour before consuming a meal.
